You can choose payment in advance option at placing the order. The proforma invoice will be automatically issued and send to your e-mail adress.
However, you can also make the order by email info@feniks-obutev.si or tel. + 386 (0) 1 431 0028 and we will be more then happy to issue the proforma invoice.
The proforma invoice is valid 3 working days.
Payment on delivery/picking up in the store
Payment on delivery/collect in the store is possible only for delivery in Slovenia. In case you are not at home at the time of delivery, you can also pay the ordered products at local post office. If you have chosen a pick up in our store at Avčinova 4, Ljubljana, where the payment with cash and credit/debit cards (BA Maestro, Activa, Karanta, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club (1-6 instalments- the minimum amount of the instalment is €30), are also welcome. In this case, you must pick up the goods within three (3) working days.

Credit/debit cards

Payment installments are possible for NLB Visa or Mastercard cards holders (except credit or buisness cards) only. In this case, you can choose 2-12 installments, but the minimum value of the installment must override 40€. Payment installments are possible also for Slovenian Diners club cards holders (2-12 installments at least 20€/intallment).
